Mission, Vision, and Values

My mission as a therapist and holistic healer is to help clients find their authenticity and happiness. My vision is to help the world accept psychedelics as an integral part of the healing journey back to wholeness.

My values begin with integrity; honesty and accountability. We are responsible for our healing journey and we have autonomy. Transparency and trust are so important to the therapeutic relationship.

Trust your intuition, lean into those parts of yourself that you avoid to heal deeply, at soul level.

And most importantly, compassion; no judgment, and creating safety. When we are living from a heart centered place, there is no room for comparison or judgment.

Healing is about letting go of shame and blame and taking back our power, our joy, and connecting with other like -minded souls.

Connection is key. We can create beautiful communities this way, with love, trust, and acceptance. And, it is vital to create daily practices to cultivate happiness, optimism, and joy! To integrate what we learn on our journey and bring it into everyday life.

As a therapist and healer it is my honor to be your guide on your healing journey.

Namaste,

Lauren

Meet Lauren Corsillo

Lauren Corsillo is a Therapist, Spiritual Coach, Reiki Master, Meditation teacher and Sound Healer. She provides education and training, psychotherapy, holistic healing, and wellness services to clients seeking guidance on their healing journey.

Lauren received her formal education in Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Walsh University, and a Master of Arts degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University. She obtained her professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2009. During her undergraduate career at Walsh University, she played collegiate volleyball and received many accolades, including Academic All-American. Later, in 2013, Lauren was inducted into the Wall of Fame, honoring student athletes: Mind, Body, and Spirit.

In Graduate School, Lauren studied Mental Health Counseling and enjoyed speciality classes like Hypnotherapy and Wellness. Lauren continued to play competitive sand volleyball, coached club volleyball, and was the Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach at John Carroll University.  She also worked part-time as a personal trainer and kick-boxing coach at the local gym.

After graduate school, Lauren worked with children and teens at the Nord Center. Then went on to work in Employee Assistance, and spent four years at Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute. She became certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Stress Management Coaching, and studied Positive Psychology and Happiness. In 2016, Lauren opened her private practice, focused on wellness and mental health counseling. She went on to become a Reiki Master and Sound Healer, and continued to teach her clients the benefits of consistent meditation practice, wellness, and self-care practices. In 2017, Lauren moved to Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband, Chuck. She continued to see clients as an LPC in Georgia, and partnered with local wellness groups and yoga studios to help expand her practice and reach more clients.

In 2019, Lauren’s mom Diane, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. This was a pivotal moment for Lauren in her personal life and career. She began to go inward, deepened her meditation practice, traveled to Sedona, Arizona, and connected more with her women’s spiritual meditation group. In 2022, Lauren led her first Women’s Healing Retreat in Sedona, Arizona. Arizona holds a special place in Lauren’s heart, and she continues to go West for her personal healing journey.

Also in 2022, Lauren was introduced to Psychedelic Assisted Healing and joined The EAST Institute in Atlanta. She spent two years working with shamans and teachers to learn more about traditional medicine work. She visited sacred sites, worked with healers, and participated in medicine journeys in Costa Rica, Belize, and Peru; including Machu Picchu, where she received Healers Rights. She continues to grow and learn as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, helping clients navigate their psychedelic healing journey.

As a holistic wellness professional, Lauren enjoys working with her clients to help them develop the necessary tools and practices to feel fulfilled, and to lead happy, healthy, balanced lives. Lauren consults with her clients to see what wellness plan will work best for each individual client, and since no one person is the same, a personalized health and wellness journey is tailored to fit each client's needs, so they can manifest the life of their dreams.

Lauren currently lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband and soulmate, Chuck. She enjoys caring for her plant babies, lifting weights, eating delicious foods, hanging out with her soul tribe, traveling, spa days, and spending time in nature.
